meatloaf lunch

Meatloaf (Paleo) and sweet potatoes
cucumbers and clementine
packed in an EasyLunchBox

My husband made the meatloaf with ground beef, shredded carrots, chopped onions, eggs and spices. He cooks the way I do (experimental, using recipes as "guidelines," adding stuff here and there.) Otherwise, I would share the recipe with you.

  1. Love how you used the cucumber scraps! My boyfriend and I were just talking about scraps last night. He said my bento making (which I am about to start) is going to be a big waste of food because of all of the left over scraps. I will have to share this one with him later :]

    Thanks for sharing!

We do not waste food! :) Almost everything gets eaten. Sometimes, I just eat scraps as part of my breakfast :)

Join us on a Jolly Holiday Blog Hop  sponsored by Bento Blogger and Friends! Miss C doesn't like her sandwiches cut lately. She likes the crust so she's been asking me to just cut her sandwiches in half, diagonally. By cutting the gingerbread out of the bread, Mommy can get her creative on and she can still have her crust. :) Gingerbread Nutella sandwich,  diced chicken with ketchup and green apple packed in  EasyLunchBox Please click on the picture below and look at the yummy lunch made by my friend Christine of My Epicurean Adventures ! note: This post may contain Amazon Affiliate links
