chicken sausage {paleo}

We (Daddy+Mommy) started the Lurong Living Paleo Challenge this week. It's a challenge where we can earn points by our diet, performance in WODs, goal-setting, etc. So adult lunches will be Paleo, gluten-free, grain-free, soy-free, and dairy free. I will miss my rice and soy sauce, but it's only 8 weeks! I'm looking forward to the discipline and trying out new recipes in the next 8 weeks.  Wish us luck!

Mommy's Lunch:
Chicken Sausage
Grilled zucchini drizzled w/olive oil & dried Italian herbs

Happy Groundhog Day

In honor of Groundhog Day...  C's lunch: G-hog is a sloppy joe sandwich, crackers, carrots/ranch, and strawberry applesauce. (G-hog is a little beaver-ish. I had no idea how to turn a bun into a groundhog.  It's just something I whipped up in less than 15 minutes.) my lunch: similar sans applesauce with Babybel cheese.
