just out of curiosity, how do you prepare your brussels sprouts? I'm hunting for new ways to try them :)

Ny husband just drizzled olive oil and tossed it with salt and garlic and threw it on the grill. My all-time favorite are brussel sprouts wrapped in bacon. :)
